Black Butte MHP is an all age park in the historic farming town of Orland California. Orland is located in the northern Sacramento Valley, County of Glenn area, along Interstate 5 and US99W, sixty miles south of Redding and 100 miles north of Sacramento. Black Butte Lake is eight miles west, nestled between the basalt buttes and stretches nearly seven miles up to Stony Creek. Chico, home of a California State University, is twenty miles to the east on State Route 32. The main campus of Butte-Glenn Community College is also located east, in Oroville, but its Glenn County Center is located in Orland at 604 E. Walker Street. The county seat, Willows, is located 15 miles to the south.

Sidney Mobile Plaza is located in the old frontier town of Sidney, Nebraska! Sidney is toward the western edge of the midwestern wheat-growing region. West of the city, the land is increasingly used for cattle ranching. Sidney is located along Lodgepole Creek, which is along present-day Interstate 80. The city is presently located at the junction of U.S. Route 385 with I-80, and its location approximately halfway between Cheyenne, Wyoming, and North Platte, Nebraska, has encouraged the growth of the city as a major transportation service area on the Interstate. Because the I-80/US 385 interchange is located several miles southeast of the town center, a new commercial area has developed, including truck stops, convenience stores, the building that housed Cabela's former world headquarters, shopping centers, motels, restaurants, and other commercial enterprises. In recent years, the city has seen further growth with the construction of wind farms in this portion of the Nebraska Panhandle and adjacent areas of Colorado, including Peetz.

Perks Estates is conveniently located in the City of Lakeport and in the heart of Northern California’s wine country just north of the San Francisco Bay Area. Lakeport is located along the west shore of Clear Lake, the largest natural freshwater lake in California. Clear Lake is 68 square miles, offering premier boating and fishing experience. There is no shortage of other fun activities: hiking, biking, antiquing, off-roading, camping, bird watching, excellent restaurants, breweries, and wine tasting are some of the local activities. With over 30 wineries and 9,000+ acres of vineyards Lake County is one of the fastest growing winemaking regions in America.

Valhalla Village is conveniently located in the Northwest corner of Brush, Colorado and near the intersection of I70 and I76. It's close to the new high school also across the street from Beaver Valley Elementary School and near local hospital. The City of Brush is an All American City and has a Tree City USA designation with nice Parks and Recreation system. The parks and recreations includes several parks, swimming pool, soft ball complex and nature area with walking path. The Brush Rodeo Association holds annual 4 day Rodeo on the July 4th Holiday on the local Morgan County Fairgrounds. There's a Brush Chamber of Commerce with plenty of local shopping and dining within a short drive or walk. There is also East Morgan County Library which is a vibrant addition to the community with many all ages activities.

Lockeford Mobile Home Park is a 40 space community located in the historic town of Lockeford California. Lockeford has a population of 3,390 and is located in San Joaquin County. Living in Lockeford offers residents a rural feel and most residents own their homes. Many families live in Lockeford and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools in Lockeford are above average.

Northside MH Ranch is located in the northwest corner of the historic city of Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
Scottsbluff is located in the Great Plains region of the United States and has a population of just over 15,000 residents. Scottsbluff is the largest city in the Nebraska Panhandle and the 13th largest city in Nebraska. The City shares its borders with the City of Gering, and the City of Terrytown for a total population base of just under 24,000 residents. Scottsbluff is the retail hub of western Nebraska and eastern Wyoming offering abundant lodging, dining and shopping experiences.

Dunrovin Village is an all age park of 42 mobile home spaces located in the Sierra foothills town of West Point. West Point has four mini marts, two gas stations, two beauty salons, two hardware stores, three saloons, coffee shop, pizza parlor, weekend cottage rentals, video store, library, art gallery, laundromat, art gallery, Blue Mtn. Playhouse and Blue Mtn. youth/family center offering counseling, recreation and other services. It's only 30 minutes away from many water-related attractions, including Silver Lake, Bear River Lake Resort. It is also near the Mokelumne River, just below Tiger Creek and Schaads Reservoirs. Lake Tahoe is just a one and one half hour drive from West Point. Local area attractions in West Point are: Lumberjack Day Parade Celebration, Miwuk Big Time Native American festival, Holiday Crafts Fair and a Home and Garden Tour are all events held yearly. Professional dirt bike activities are held here twice a year. The area has quite a few Christmas Tree Farms. The entire town of West Point is registered as California Historical Landmark #26
