MHPs are not complicated but there are a lot of moving parts with plumbing, electrical, sewer, roads, etc... Add in the homeowners and their homes, yards, cars and pets and that's a lot of stuff. Effective use of lists insures issues don't get forgotten, high-priority items are pushed to the top and shared lists help the park and offsite managers stay "in-synch!"
