Manager Services Summary

We contract with a manager to provide the park and tenants with the following services: Rents, New Tenants & Notices, Eyes & Ears, Maintenance, Rules Enforcement and Marketing & Sales. Some of our experienced managers provide all five of these services and do so at a high level of competence. Others are less experienced, just learning the business and perhaps start out providing just a couple of these services. Whatever the case, it's good to understand all the services so please read on!

Success is about the manager getting the services they are responsible for delivering "down cold" so they happen automatically and as a normal course of doing business. If a manager doesn't understand something about a service or what's expected, they should talk with the offsite manager and put a plan together to get up to speed, ASAP!
